Who we are
MindLab runs the MindLab account, the one sign-in for MindLab products such as MindLab Agents. For anything about your data, write to privacy@mindlabsa.com.
What we collect
Your email address and your name.
Your password, kept only as a salted hash. We never store the password itself.
The MindLab products you ask to use, and whether each request was approved.
Security records of sign-ins and account changes: the time, your IP address and your browser's description.
Why we use it
To create and run your account, sign you in to MindLab products, let MindLab or your company approve your access, send the emails the account needs (address checks, sign-in links, password resets), and protect the service against abuse.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Where it is kept, and who helps us
Your account data is stored with Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany, so it is transferred outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Account emails are sent through Resend. Both providers act only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
A request to use a product that is not decided within 90 days expires.
An account with no approved product is deleted, with its email address, 30 days after its last request was rejected or expired.
Sign-in sessions and emailed links are deleted 30 days after they expire. Security records are kept only as long as security and legal duties require.
Cookies
These pages use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to privacy@mindlabsa.com. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
Changes
We post any change on this page and update the date above.
